Studies show that when parents are an active participant in their child’s education, children do better in school. for this reason, we are requiring that parents and /or family members donate a minimum of 9 hours per school year. Each parent is a vital part of our community. Parents are needed to help supervise during field trips, prepare classroom materials, spend time in the classroom, clerical work and yard work, some cleaning and light maintenance as help during school events (annual bike day and field day).
Parents who have a talent, career, or hobby that they think would be interesting to the children are invited to share this information.
Each family at Sagebrush Montessori School is required to support the school/teacher with nine (9) hours per child per school year. This support can be given as 1 hour per month of other combinations.
